One of the first step in launching a job search is to put your resume or bio together.
As I have seen thousands of resumes, I have strong opinions about them. I enclose two formats to consider; a bio, esp relevant for more senior executives, and a one page executive summary for mid managers, (typically followed by a reverse chronological work history with accomplishments); and finally my top 15 tips for more junior job seekers.
