Walking
I sold my car and walk to the bus. Soon I will walk to work (3 miles). Unless I have a meeting, I work standing at the office and carry 25 pounds on my back for 3-6 hours a day. I have a pedometer on, wireless phone, and walk 4-7 miles a day.
